You join the circle and look at the center of the circle.
Then select a target with whom you can see the eye movement. 
You sing humming at various pitches and find one pitch that harmonizes with the environmental sounds. 
When I give the signal, you guys start playing.
You close your eyes and sing humming with a breath. And when you're out of breath, open your eyes.
When you open your eyes:
a) If the target has their eyes open, you close your eyes and sing humming with a breath. 
b) If the target has their eyes closed, you wait until the target opens eyes.

あなたは円座に加わり、円の中心を見る。
そして、目の動きが見える対象相手を選ぶ。 
いろいろな音程でハミングを歌いながら、環境音と調和する一つの音程を探す。
私が合図したら、あなたたちは演奏を始める。
